It’s great when my mum uses the laptop as she is a non-stavy internet/computer person. So she clearly highlights some poor design decisions on the web and within applications.
Someone like my mother wasn’t able to tell the difference and kept pressing the new tab button. As a consequence, was opening tab after tab. It wasn’t until I explained that the “X” signified closing the current tab that she understood what did what.
